Remote transformation

When the world went into lockdown we were still being asked by organisations to help employees remotely. It became apparent that the workshop format could work online if adapted, so we shortened the time required for attendees, introduced a number of new topics, and through the wonders of modern technology, we opened up these sessions for a much larger audience, often hundreds of employees at a time.

How it works

Unlike face-to-face workshops where we are limited by the size of a boardroom, bespoke ‘zoom’ sessions can be created and made available to all staff. Topics covered are as relevant for the graduate trainee as they are for senior management. You choose a time of day that is least disruptive for the majority and we schedule a 60–90 minute slot, which can also be recorded and shared with those not able to attend. All the theory is explained and attendees will be sent a 30 minute piece of audio to listen to in the comfort of their own space, followed by another piece of audio a week later.

  • Explanation of how to achieve (practical) desired output (based on workshop title).
